great service but overlooked essentials

The staff made the stay enjoyable especially Anthony who brought a bright energy to breakfast making everyone feel valued. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive and the amenities met most needs during my stay.

I experienced delays in receiving extra towels and washcloths which should have been readily available in the room.

Staying here was a breeze for our large crew with 5 teenagers and 2 little ones. Our room was clean and super spacious, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the Adidas Warrior Soccer event. The staff was genuinely friendly, making us feel right at home.

My kids wished the pool was open for some fun. It would be great to have that available, especially during family vacations.

Friendly staff, great location!

The queen suite was spacious and clean, featuring a unique sink area that kept toiletries organized. Breakfast included home-made muffins, adding a nice touch, and attentive staff ensured everything was well stocked. However, noise from the hallway and nearby rooms disrupted the tranquility, and the loud doors made it hard to avoid disturbances. Although my request for a quiet room wasn’t fulfilled, the overall experience was pleasant enough to consider returning.

Comfortable queen suite, helpful staff, including Anthony, who provided excellent service at breakfast and made every guest feel welcome with his sense of humor, and the convenient location with free parking makes it easy to explore the area.

The King Suite with Sofa Bed was spacious and super comfortable. The mattress was awesome—I slept really well! I loved the separate sink area, made it easy to get ready. Plus, the climate control system was on point. it felt like a gentle breeze all night. Just a bit of noise from the hall, but nothing too bad.

I was blown away by the friendly staff, especially at breakfast! 😊 The only downside was that the room was a bit dated. Overall, a great stay!
